Copper Range President and CEO Elected to TAUC Board of Directors

Copper Range proudly announces the election of President and CEO Mr. Randall Ray to the Board of Directors for The Association of Union Constructors (TAUC), headquartered in Washington D.C. The election took place at the 2011 TAUC Leadership Conference, held in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia.

“The TAUC organization is an impressive group of people,” Mr. Ray said. “The organization works closely with all skilled trade unions and is comprised of many top-rated union companies that are focused on making positive change through utilizing new and exciting technologies. I was very pleased to be asked to join their Board of Directors.”

The TAUC Board of Directors consists of fifteen individuals who represent the TAUC Governing Member category, the Chairs of the TAUC Labor Committee, TAUC Safety and Health Committee, TAUC Local Employer Organization Committee, and TAUC Affiliate Members. Mr. Ray will be the lone TAUC Affiliate Member representative on the Board, and he will be tasked with bringing a service provider’s perspective into the business. Mr. Ray brings over twenty years of business experience, including auditing, mergers and acquisitions and the use of cutting edge technology solutions for top Fortune 500 companies. TAUC’s Board meets two to three times a year and members serve two-year terms.
